I used one of the tutorials to make this. I purposly didn't add "justashous" or "emperors Village" because it didn't look good with all the affects on it, but it you want Ill add it.

I used photoshop and I used the photoshop tutorial on sketch neo on your list. But I put my own flair on it, because I pacticed the tutorial so many times. =] Its based on a neopets game MAGAX: Destroyer II. I made this glitter too, based on a game on neopets called piper panic. Hope you like it!
